How to treat ovarian recession

Ovarian decline is a decline in ovarian function, which can be both physiological and pathological. Pathological ovarian decline, also known as premature ovarian failure (POF), refers to amenorrhea that occurs before the age of 40 as a result of ovarian failure. Physiologic ovarian hypofunction is the phenomenon of menopause that occurs after a woman reaches menopausal age, which is a normal physiologic change and does not require special treatment. Premature ovarian failure is characterized by primary or secondary amenorrhea, accompanied by elevated gonadotropin levels and decreased estrogen levels, and accompanied by symptoms of menopausal syndrome of varying degrees, such as hot flashes and sweating, facial flushing, low libido, and irritability. For this condition, you can eat more soy foods, such as soybeans, black beans, soy milk and tofu, because soy foods are rich in estrogen, which can improve the symptoms of premature ovarian failure to some extent. You can also choose estrogen and progestin replacement therapy (HRT), which can both relieve the symptoms of low estrogen and urogenital tract atrophy and prevent distant complications. However, this method should not be applied for a long time because it may lead to the development of endometrial and breast cancer. Because premature ovarian failure can affect a woman’s reproductive function, it is important to treat premature ovarian failure as early as possible.
