Aluminum phosphate gel for a maximum of a few days

Aluminum phosphate gel is safe to take at normal therapeutic doses, and can be applied continuously for 1-4 weeks depending on the specific condition clinically recommended. Aluminum phosphate gel is an antacid drug that neutralizes gastric acid and raises the pH in the stomach, thereby relieving symptoms such as acid reflux caused by excess gastric acid. The aluminum phosphate of the gel forms a colloidal protective film that isolates and protects damaged tissues and is suitable for antacid treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers, reflux esophagitis and other diseases. It is usually taken after meals and at night before bedtime for esophageal fissure, gastro-oesophageal reflux, esophagitis, half an hour before meals for gastritis and gastric ulcers, and 3 hours after meals and for painful duodenal ulcers, but there is no clear clinical time limit on how long it can be taken at most. Aluminum phosphate gel may occasionally cause constipation, can drink enough water, and take laxative treatment. It should also be noted that this drug is contraindicated in patients with chronic renal failure and hyperphosphatemia.
