Currently the most commonly used hemorrhoidal surgery is hemorrhoidal simple excision, anastomosis hemorrhoidal mucosal circumcision, thrombosed external hemorrhoidal stripping surgery, and so on.
1. Hemorrhoidal simple excision: this method is in the sacral anesthesia or local anesthesia, in the hemorrhoidal base on both sides of the anal verge of the skin to make a V-shaped incision, separation of varicose vein mass, with hemostatic forceps clamped hemorrhoidal root, through the suture and then excision of distal hemorrhoidal nucleus. 2. It is a minimally invasive surgery with the advantages of mild pain, short operation time, and quick recovery. Clinically, it is mostly used for the surgical treatment of internal hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids.
3. Thrombosed external hemorrhoid peeling: this method is used for the treatment of thrombosed external hemorrhoids, is under local anesthesia will be hemorrhoidal surface of the skin for rhombic incision, remove the thrombus filled with oil gauze, the wound is not sutured.
Generally speaking, surgical treatment is limited to non-surgical treatment failure of patients, or hemorrhoids recurring symptoms seriously affect the normal life of patients, and need to be specialized physicians according to the patient’s hemorrhoids classification and grading to choose the appropriate surgical methods.
