What happens if you don’t have surgery for breast cancer?

If you do not have surgery after breast cancer, there are two cases: 1. You may not be able to have surgery temporarily because the patient’s local condition of breast cancer is more serious and it is difficult to achieve radical cure in the first surgery, or the patient has already developed stage IV condition and metastasis other than local breast, such as brain, lung, liver, bone and so on. Stage IV patients are not considered for surgery and may require medical treatment. If breast cancer is not operated and no other treatment is taken, the survival period may be as short as one or two months or as long as several years, depending on the rate of tumor progression. Breast cancer, because of its pathological type and individual differences, has a huge difference in survival in its natural state.
