What is the chest pain of tuberculosis?

Pulmonary tuberculosis chest pain is considered to be caused by tuberculosis lesions involving the pleura bilaterally, resulting in tuberculous pleurisy and chest pain. This chest pain can be aggravated with respiratory movements, or coughing symptoms. In addition to the symptoms of chest pain, the patient may also have systemic symptoms such as low fever, general malaise, night sweats, loss of appetite and weight loss. In addition to rest, nutritional support and symptomatic treatment, pain relief medication can be given orally when the pain worsens. If the volume of chest water is large, thoracentesis can be performed to relieve clinical symptoms.
