A lymphocyte ratio of 57.6% is an increase in the percentage of lymphocytes, which can be seen in a variety of viral infections, or hematologic disorders. Whether it is serious or not needs to be judged together with the total number of white blood cells as well as morphological differentiation and other tests.
1. The normal range of lymphocyte ratio is 20%~40%, 57.6% is a mild increase in lymphocyte ratio, which can be seen in influenza virus infection, adenovirus infection, herpes virus infection, etc. The main treatment should be antiviral (acyclovir), pay attention to rest, enhance the body’s immunity, and the lymphocyte ratio will slowly decrease to normal after the disease recovers.
2. If the lymphocyte ratio of 57.6% is accompanied by an abnormally high white blood cell count, lymphocyte count and abnormal differentiation of blood cells, we should consider the possibility of hematologic diseases, such as acute and chronic lymphoblastic leukemia. Further bone marrow aspiration is needed to clarify the diagnosis and treat the disease as soon as possible.
Specific diagnosis and treatment should be carried out under the guidance of a physician.
