Acne is generally referred to as acne, a chronic inflammatory skin disease of the sebaceous glandular units of hair follicles. Frequent skin acne can be improved by general treatment, topical medication, oral medication, and physical therapy.
1. Oral medication: Inflammatory acne can be taken orally antibiotics such as doxycycline, minocycline, etc. Isotretinoin can inhibit sebaceous secretion of sebaceous glands, regulate follicular sebaceous gland duct keratinization, improve the anaerobic environment of the hair follicle, anti-inflammatory and prevent the formation of scarring and other effects.
4. Physical therapy: photodynamic therapy (PDT) with topical 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) enriched in the follicular sebaceous gland units, plus red light is suitable for severe acne.
