What exercises are suitable for emphysema

Emphysema is suitable for respiratory training, as well as moderate aerobic exercise such as yoga, jogging, swimming, individualized according to lung function.
1. Lip-contraction breathing training: the specific method is to slowly inhale air into the lungs to reach one’s maximum inhalation volume, after which the lips are contracted to make a flute mouth shape, and then slowly breathe in the air, and so on and so forth, which can effectively improve the blood oxygen saturation and gas exchange.
2. Abdominal breathing training: consciously try to breathe air into the abdomen, inhalation should also be slowly exhaled with the abdominal contraction.
3. Moderate aerobic exercise such as slow walking, jogging, yoga and swimming can promote the recovery of respiratory function.
