Always feel a foreign body in the throat, can be considered due to chronic pharyngitis, reflux pharyngitis or pharyngeal heterosensitivities caused by foreign body sensation in the pharynx. 1. Chronic pharyngitis: systemic factors such as dyspepsia, anemia or chronic inflammation of the respiratory tract can lead to diffuse inflammation of the pharyngeal mucosa, submucosa and lymphatic tissues, resulting in pharyngeal foreign body sensation, burning sensation or itching sensation. 2. Reflux pharyngolaryngitis: when the stomach contents enter the pharynx and larynx due to abnormal reflux, it can cause mucosal damage and chronic inflammation, resulting in hoarseness, increased laryngeal secretion, foreign body sensation in the throat, and discomfort in swallowing and other symptoms. 3. Pharyngeal heterosensory disorder: refers to the trachea, pharynx, esophagus without organic lesions, some people can suffer from fear of cancer, mental depression, due to brain dysfunction, can cause pharyngeal dysfunction, there are pharyngeal sensory abnormalities.
