If back fever and palm fever occur at the same time may be caused by Yin deficiency internal heat. Yin deficiency and internal heat, i.e., Yin deficiency and fever, usually due to deficiency of Yin fluid in the body, common cheekbones red and red, emaciation, hot flashes (paroxysmal fever), night sweats (night sweats in bed), hot hands and feet (irritability and sultriness), dry mouth and throat, and so on. It can be treated by taking Zhi Bai Di Huang Tang or Angelica Six Yellow Tang. Zhi Bai Di Huang Tang has the effect of nourishing yin and clearing heat (nourishing yin fluid and clearing heat), and is often used clinically for treating yin deficiency and fire exuberance resulting in flushing of the face, fever at night, heat of the hands and feet, night sweating (sweating at night while sleeping), insomnia, tinnitus, dizziness, and constipation, etc. It should not be taken by pregnant women. Pregnant women should take it with caution; patients with deficiency-cold syndrome are forbidden to take it. Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Luk Wong) Tang is effective in nourishing yin and diarrhea of fire, consolidating the surface to stop sweating (stopping sweating by consolidating the muscle surface), and is often used in treating night sweating (sweating during sleep), heat of the hands and feet, low-grade fever, dry mouth, irritability, and constipation of stools, etc., caused by deficiency of yin and excessive fire. It is not suitable for people with weak spleen and stomach and diarrhea. It is recommended that patients in need should seek medical advice in time and take the medicine under the guidance of doctor’s diagnosis and treatment.
