Red dots on the skin may be perifollicular keratosis, cherry angioma, allergic purpura and other diseases, need to take medication, physical therapy, surgical treatment for the cause of the disease.
1. Keratosis pilaris: patients can follow the doctor’s instructions for external use of tazarotene gel, 0.1% retinoic acid cream and other retinoic acid drugs, or 10% to 20% urea cream, 3% to 5% salicylic acid cream and other keratolytic agents, the more serious symptoms can be followed by the doctor’s instructions to take oral vitamin A or vitamin E and other drugs. If the treatment effect is not good, physical methods such as laser treatment can be taken.

3.
