There are no injectable formulations of aluminum thioglycollate. Dosage forms of aluminum thiosulfate include aluminum thiosulfate dispersible tablets, aluminum thiosulfate chewable tablets, and aluminum thiosulfate suspension gel. 1. Aluminum thioglycollate dispersible tablets: for gastric and duodenal ulcers, put the tablets into a small amount of lukewarm water 1 hour before meals and before going to bed, shake well and drink. The course of treatment is 4-6 weeks, and the continuous use should not exceed 8 weeks. 2. Chewable Aluminum Thiosulphate: For gastric and duodenal ulcers as well as gastritis, take the tablets 1 hour before meal and at bedtime after chewing. The duration of treatment is usually different for different diseases, and it should not be taken continuously for more than 8 weeks. 3. Aluminum thioglycollate suspension gel: for gastric and duodenal ulcers or acute and symptomatic chronic gastritis, esophageal ulcers. It should be taken on an empty stomach one hour before the morning meal and before the evening rest. However, it should not be taken orally for a long period of time, usually about a week. In addition, common adverse reactions to aluminum thiosulfate include constipation and dry mouth. Allergic to the drug, habitual constipation patients are prohibited, pregnant women, patients with liver and renal insufficiency should be cautious.
