Stage IB1 cervical cancer can be treated with surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and if combined with pregnancy, targeted treatment needs to be taken according to the cycle of pregnancy. 1. Surgery: if the infiltration depth of cervical cancer foci in stage IB1 is >5mm and the maximum diameter is ≤2cm, extensive hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy can be performed. 2. Radiotherapy: Radiotherapy can be adopted for some patients whose system is not suitable for surgery. 3. Chemotherapy: if physical conditions allow, chemotherapy can be carried out before surgery to reduce the lesions, such as cisplatin, carboplatin, paclitaxel and so on. 4. Treatment of combined pregnancy: If it belongs to the early stage of pregnancy, patients who are not required to maintain pregnancy and non-pregnant patients are treated with the same principle. If it is before 20 weeks, the pregnancy should be terminated immediately and receive treatment. If it is after 28 weeks of pregnancy, delayed treatment or termination of pregnancy can be taken according to the family’s wishes to receive treatment immediately. Cervical cancer IB1 stage should communicate with the doctor in time to take targeted treatment, and usually keep a good mood.
