What’s with the swollen eyes?

Possible causes of swollen eyes include contact dermatitis, blepharitis, conjunctivitis and so on.
1. Contact dermatitis: If the patient’s eyes are swollen, red and itchy, the dermatitis may be caused by contact with certain allergenic substances, such as cosmetics.
2. Blepharitis: If the patient’s eyes are swollen, red and painful, it may be due to secondary bacterial infection of the blepharoplasts.
3. Conjunctivitis: If the patient has symptoms of swollen eyes, accompanied by redness and increased secretion, it may also be caused by conjunctival inflammation.
