Endometrial cancer staging surgery is a surgical treatment followed by pathologic analysis to determine the extent of the lesion as well as prognostic factors. The main treatment for endometrial cancer is surgical treatment, which will be followed by pathologic staging, and the appropriate surgical method will be selected based on the extent of the lesion and the prognosis. First of all, abdominal fluid and pelvic lavage will be retained, cytologic examination will be performed, and the pelvic and abdominal cavities will also be thoroughly explored. If the uterus and bilateral adnexa are removed, intraoperative dissection of the uterine specimen is required, and frozen sections may also be performed to determine the extent of cancer invasion. The pelvic and para-aortic abdominal lymph nodes are removed and then pathologically examined. Patients with endometrial cancer should seek treatment promptly to avoid delays that could lead to serious consequences.
