Is there an easiest self-test for endometrial cancer?

There is no simplest self-testing method for endometrial cancer, and it needs to be diagnosed after various examinations such as hysteroscopy, histology, imaging and so on in the hospital in combination with clinical symptoms.
1. Clinical symptoms: endometrial cancer mostly occurs in postmenopausal women, and usually has no obvious symptoms in the early stage, but in the later stage, it may have symptoms such as irregular vaginal bleeding and abnormal vaginal discharge.
2. Hysteroscopy: it can visualize whether there are cancer foci in the uterine cavity and cervical canal, the size and location of the cancer foci, and it can also take abnormal tissues for biopsy.
3. Histological examination: it is the basis for confirming the diagnosis, and specimens can be taken through endometrial biopsy, cervical tube scraping, segmental diagnostic scraping, etc. The pathological histological examination can be used to understand the pathological type and the degree of cell differentiation.
4. Imaging examination: vaginal ultrasound can understand the size of uterus, whether there are superfluous organisms in the uterine cavity, and endometrial cancer can be seen as uneven echogenic area in the uterine cavity with abundant blood flow signal and other abnormalities. Magnetic resonance imaging can more accurately determine the depth of myometrium and cervical interstitial infiltration.
It is recommended that patients suspected of endometrial cancer should go to regular hospitals for timely consultation, complete relevant examinations, clarify the cause of the disease under the guidance of doctors and standardize the treatment, so as to avoid delaying the condition and causing adverse reactions.
