What are the herbs that activate blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis to reduce swelling?

To activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis and reduce swelling, you can take Chinese herbs such as earthworm, sumac and blood exhaust.
1. Turtle Worm: salty flavor, cold nature, small poison; attributed to the liver meridian. It has the effects of breaking blood stasis, renewing tendons and connecting bones, and is used in treating bruises, fractures, impediments in the abdomen (tangible or intangible lumps in the abdomen, with a feeling of distension and pain), and blood stasis and menstrual occlusion (menstrual occlusion due to stasis of blood and stagnation of menstruation).
