Enlarged lymph nodes can be caused by inflammatory reaction or tumor metastasis. Patients with enlarged hilar lymph nodes after liver cancer surgery need to undergo lymph node aspiration biopsy to clarify the cause of enlargement and then proceed to the next step of treatment. 1. Lymph node enlargement caused by inflammation: in this case, local anti-infection treatment is usually enough and no further treatment is needed; 2. Lymph node enlargement caused by tumor metastasis: if cancer cells are found in pathological biopsy and anal lymph node enlargement caused by liver cancer metastasis is confirmed, whole body CT, PT-CT and other examinations are needed to clarify the extent of cancer cell proliferation, and lymph node cleaning is feasible if only hepatic lymph nodes are proliferated, and systemic treatment by means of radiotherapy and chemotherapy if the whole body is proliferated is needed. Patients should go to general surgery department of regular hospitals for timely consultation, complete relevant examinations, clarify the cause of enlarged lymph nodes, and carry out timely treatment to avoid further development of the disease.
