One big testicle and one small testicle may be a normal physiological phenomenon, or it may be caused by orchitis or varicocele.
1. Normal physiological phenomenon: under normal circumstances, the right side of the male testicle will be slightly larger than the left side of the testicle, if the difference is not too large, and there is no discomfort, it may be a normal physiological phenomenon.
2. Pathological phenomenon:
(1) Orchitis: Orchitis refers to the inflammatory disease that occurs in the testicles, and when the patient has the symptom of enlarged testicles, the phenomenon that one testicle is bigger and the other is smaller will occur.
(2) Varicocele: Varicocele refers to the abnormal tortuosity, dilatation and elongation of the spermatic veins in the scrotum, resulting in the phenomenon of one testicle being bigger and the other being smaller.
