What causes wind to come out of the ears when an elderly person speaks

1. Trauma: When the phenomenon of windy speech occurs in the elderly, it may be due to the rupture of the tympanic membrane caused by trauma to the ear, which leads to the phenomenon of windy speech in the ear.
2. Suppurative otitis media: Suppurative otitis media is mainly caused by bacterial infection, and patients will experience ear pain, ear leakage, hearing loss and other symptoms.
