Pressing and kneading the Foot Sanli with the thumb finger can have a health care effect. The meridians circulating in the legs include the foot three Yang meridians and the foot three Yin meridians, in which the three Yang meridians are located on the outside of the legs, and the direction of circulation is from top to bottom; the three Yin meridians are located on the inside of the legs, and the direction of circulation is from bottom to top.
