What’s wrong with the left shoulder headache?

Left shoulder headache can be divided into physiological causes and pathological causes, pathological causes mainly include trauma, as well as peri-shoulder diseases and angina.
1. Physiological: if the left arm to maintain a position for too long, then there may be due to muscle and soft tissue fatigue and the phenomenon of soreness, which is a normal physiological phenomenon, as long as the change of posture or natural hanging can be restored to normal, without additional special treatment.
2.Pathologic
(1) Trauma: If the left shoulder has recently experienced external collision, such as soft tissue injury or even fracture of the left shoulder caused by trauma, the symptoms of left shoulder headache will arise.
(2) Peri-shoulder diseases: There are also peri-shoulder orthopedic diseases that can lead to left shoulder headache, such as frozen shoulder, shoulder dislocation, rotator cuff injury, cervical spondylosis, and biceps tendonitis, etc., which can cause left shoulder headache.
(3) Angina pectoris: When angina pectoris occurs in heart diseases such as coronary heart disease, it can be discharged to the left shoulder area, and headache in the left shoulder occurs.
If there is a combination of other symptoms or the pain does not subside on its own, it is suspected to be pathologic and needs to go to the hospital for standardized diagnosis and treatment.
