Male blood dripping after urination is mostly suggestive of the presence of terminal hematuria, mainly considered in relation to cystitis, urethral stones, bladder tumors and so on. 1. Cystitis: inflammatory stimulation caused by bladder mucosal destruction of erosion, resulting in local mucosal bleeding, mixed with the urine stored in the bladder, after urination, the end can appear naked eye hematuria, manifested as blood dripping after urination.
