What is the best treatment for alveoli?

Lung alveoli are pulmonary blisters. It is impossible to say exactly which treatment is best for pulmonary blisters, and surgical treatment may be the only effective treatment for pulmonary blisters at this time.
Lung blisters are air-containing saccular cavities formed in the lung tissue when the pressure inside the alveolar cavities rises due to various reasons and the walls of the alveoli rupture and the ruptured alveoli fuse with each other. Pulmonary herpetic is an irreversible lung lesion for which there is no effective drug treatment. Pulmonary herpetic is found on examination, and no treatment is needed if the patient is asymptomatic.
If the patient has recurrent spontaneous pneumothorax due to pulmonary herpes or if the patient has dyspnea due to the large size of pulmonary herpes, surgery may be the only effective treatment for pulmonary herpes.
If the disease is secondary to an underlying lung disease such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, active treatment of the primary disease is needed to avoid disease progression if the blisters are small in size.
