How to regulate the syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness

Spleen deficiency and dampness often manifests in symptoms such as low food intake, abdominal distension, loose stools and heavy body, which can be regulated with Chinese herbs such as Poria, Gorgon fruit and Coix seed. 1. Poria: It has the effect of inducing water retention, eliminating swelling and seeping dampness. It is prohibited for those who have adverse urination and defecation; and it is cautioned for those who have food stagnation. 3. Dabu Pi: It has the effect of promoting qi and relaxing the middle, inducing diuresis and reducing swelling. The main treatment for gastrointestinal stagnation of qi, epigastric distension (abdominal distension uncomfortable), bowel movement, edema, edema, swollen feet, urination is unfavorable.
