How to Treat Hematochezia

There are many clinical causes of hematospermia, including inflammation of the seminal vesicles, prostate, and urethra; cysts and obstruction of the ejaculatory ducts and seminal vesicles; and tumors of the prostate and seminal vesicles. Different causes of treatment are different, mostly divided into general treatment (abstinence, etc.), drug treatment (amoxicillin, etc.) and surgical treatment.
1. Inflammation: the more common are seminal vesicles, prostate and other parts of the inflammation, can cause congestion and edema of the mucous membrane of the affected area, which in turn causes hematospermia. Treatment needs to reduce the number of ejaculations according to the severity of the disease, or even abstinence, caused by bacterial infections give amoxicillin and other antibacterial drugs anti-infection treatment.
2. Cysts or obstruction: cysts and obstruction in ejaculatory ducts, seminal vesicles and prostate, etc. For obstruction caused by inflammation, anti-infective treatments can be given, such as levofloxacin, etc., while conservative treatments are ineffective, surgical treatments, such as cystectomy or drainage, etc., are often needed.
3. Tumor: benign and malignant tumors of seminal vesicles, prostate and other parts of the body may also cause hematospermia due to the pressure and invasion of the surrounding tissues. Benign tumors can be removed by surgery alone, while malignant tumors can be removed by surgery and may need to be treated with adjuvant therapy such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
It is recommended that patients with hematospermia should consult a doctor in time, complete all the examinations, clarify the cause of the disease, and be treated by a professional doctor according to the cause of the disease, and the medication should be used under the guidance of a professional doctor.
