Vitiligo also needs to be clinically differentiated from anaplastic nevus and anemic nevus, etc. Under the Wood lamp, the anaplastic nevus is grayish-white. The actual skin is not red, but the surrounding normal skin is red; with the slide compression of the nevus, the edge of the skin lesion is more blurred, which can be identified with vitiligo. If you are diagnosed with vitiligo, it is recommended to have standardized treatment as soon as possible in order to reduce the adverse effects of the disease.
