Guitar tenosynovitis can be treated with rest, physical therapy, medication or surgery.
1. Rest: guitar tenosynovitis is due to chronic strain caused by frequent use of the fingers, tendon sheath edema thickening compression of the tendon, most of which can be reduced through rest.
2. Physical therapy: you can take heat therapy, electrotherapy, acupuncture, gua sha, ultrashort wave physiotherapy and other methods to relieve pain symptoms.
3. Medication: If the pain is obvious, you can use diclofenac diethylamide cream externally, and take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory painkillers such as Celecoxib and Loxoprofen sodium orally to treat the pain.
