How to treat abnormal liver function

Liver function abnormality is mainly treated by general treatment, hepatoprotective treatment and cause-specific treatment. 1. General treatment: in acute stage, hospitalization or home isolation treatment and rest should be carried out; in recovery stage, attention should be paid to the combination of static and dynamic, and overwork should be avoided; for those who have obvious loss of appetite and nausea and vomiting, short-term intravenous infusion of 10%-20% glucose, vitamins and electrolytes can be carried out. 2. Hepatoprotective therapy: for those with abnormal liver function, anti-inflammatory and peroxide damage reducing drugs such as reduced glutathione, glycyrrhizic acid preparation, bicyclic alcohol and vitamin E can be used appropriately. 3. Treatment for the cause of the disease: (1) Antiviral therapy: viral hepatitis requires antiviral therapy with nucleic acid analogs such as entecavir, tibivudine and interferon. (2) Surgical treatment: patients with severe hepatitis and cirrhosis can be treated with artificial liver or liver transplantation; patients with hepatocellular carcinoma can be treated with surgical treatment and local treatment, such as radiofrequency ablation and microwave ablation. Patients with abnormal liver function need to pay attention, and it is recommended that they should consult a doctor in time, and improve the relevant examination under the doctor’s guidance to clarify the specific causes and systematic treatment.
