Tianma can be properly decocted and used under a doctor’s supervision.
Tianma, has the effect of restraining wind and relieving spasm (calming wind evil and relieving spasm), and calming liver yang. It is mainly used for the treatment of epilepsy (epilepsy due to shock) convulsions, dizziness, headache, numbness of the limbs, hand and foot paralysis.
If Tianma is used to treat dizziness and headache caused by wind-phlegm upturning (wind-phlegm evils disturbing the head), it can be used together with Semen xia, Poria, Atractylodes Macrocephala; to treat dizziness and headache caused by deficiency of yin in the liver and kidney, it can be used together with Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Rhizoma Polygoni Multiflori, Rhizoma Polygoni Multiflori, Rhizoma Polygoni Multiflori, and others.
It should be noted that pregnant women should not be single drug large amounts of long-term use of Tianma. The elderly and infants should not take long-term use of Tianma.
