If there is no infection, tuberculosis, malignant tumor, etc., then continue to review, and if there is, then need to treat the cause of the disease, such as drugs, surgery.
If there are glass density nodules 3~4mm in both lungs, further examination should be carried out promptly. These include routine blood test, tuberculin test, sputum culture, and pathologic examination. If conditions such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, lung cancer, etc. are not present, then continuous observation is the main focus and no special treatment is needed.
However, if the causes of the above conditions are present, then causative treatment is required. For example, antibiotics such as penicillin should be used for pneumonia; anti-tuberculosis drugs such as isoniazid should be used for tuberculosis; and surgery should be performed for lung cancer.
