Which is best, precision myopia or full femtosecond?

There is no such thing as the best of the two, as the former is suitable for patients with large high-order aberrations, while the latter is suitable for patients with relatively small high-order aberrations.
Refractive myopia surgery is suitable for patients with high order aberrations after corneal topography. The treatment can be individualized according to the high-order aberration of the patient’s cornea, thus giving the patient a better quality of vision.
Full femtosecond laser surgery is less traumatic, quicker recovery, better comfort, and less probability of postoperative complications such as dry eye and corneal flap displacement, but it can’t eliminate the high-order aberration, and it is suitable for patients who have small high-order aberration after corneal topography examination.
It is recommended that myopic patients should visit regular hospitals in a timely manner to assess their condition and choose the appropriate treatment under the guidance of their doctors.
