Long-term jogging cannot eradicate hypertension.
Primary hypertension is difficult to eradicate because the pathogenesis is not clear. Jogging can improve the blood pressure level of hypertensive patients to a certain extent, but it cannot cure hypertension.
Active physical exercise can effectively control body weight and improve the patient’s metabolic indexes such as blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipids. For patients with primary hypertension above moderate level, they should take antihypertensive drugs as soon as possible after diagnosis, and persist in using them for a long period of time if there are no special circumstances.
Patients with secondary hypertension can be cured if they are able to eradicate primary diseases, such as pheochromocytoma, primary aldosteronism, Cushing’s disease, etc., and do not need to take antihypertensive drugs for a long time.
Abnormal blood pressure needs to consult a doctor in time for a clear diagnosis and standardized treatment to avoid delaying the condition.
