Three medications for a heart attack kit

Three medicines in the first aid kit for heart attack: Aspirin 300mg, Tegretol 180mg/Clopidogrel 300mg, Atorvastatin Calcium Tablet 40mg/Rescrivastatin 10mg.
1. Aspirin/Clopidogrel: It can fight platelet aggregation and is the basic medicine for coronary heart disease.
2. Tegretol: It is used for acute myocardial infarction as well as in patients with angina pectoris, including those receiving drug therapy as well as percutaneous coronary intervention, to reduce cardiovascular events. It is also an antiplatelet aggregation agent.
3. Rosuvastatin/Atorvastatin: It has the effects of lowering blood lipids and stabilizing plaque, and also antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, inhibiting platelet aggregation and antithrombotic effects, and so on.
Patients suspected of myocardial infarction should go to the local hospital for further treatment. The above drugs should be taken under the guidance of a doctor, and should not be taken without authorization to produce adverse reactions.
