Optic nerve papillitis, also known as optic neuritis, is commonly caused by autoimmune, infectious, or specialized diseases, and is treated with hormone therapy, anti-infective therapy, or treatment of the primary disease.

2. Anti-infective treatment: Infectious diseases, such as sinusitis, sieve sinusitis, maxillary sinusitis, nasal cavity infections and other diseases caused by optic neuritis, we should actively control the infection, anti-infective treatment, such as oral amoxicillin, ribavirin and so on.
3. Treatment of primary diseases: Optic neuritis caused by special diseases, such as pneumonia, syphilis, tuberculosis and other diseases may cause optic neuritis, need to actively treat the primary disease.
