Choriocarcinoma is not 100% cancerous. Choriocapillary adenoma is a precancerous lesion that has about a 20% chance of possibly turning into colon cancer and can be treated with surgical options as prescribed by your doctor. The choriocarcinoma has a higher chance of appearing, which is related to metabolic factors, exercise factors, dietary factors, and lifestyle. Current treatments are mainly microwave coagulation, electrodessication, and high-frequency electrocoagulation. Surgical treatment is mainly submucosal resection of the anal canal, or endocolonic resection. Treatment needs to be considered in conjunction with the size of the tumor, the location of the tumor, and the number of tumors. It is important to note that although choriocarcinomas are not 100% cancerous, they still carry a high risk, so it is advisable to consult a doctor when they appear and follow medical advice.
