Which estrogen is best to take

The main components of estrogen are the same and there is no such thing as which is the best. Estrogenic medications that are widely used today include estradiol valerate and conjugated estrogen tablets.
1. Estradiol valerate: used for the treatment of estrogen deficiency mainly associated with natural or artificial menopause: vasodilatory disorders (hot flashes), genitourinary nutritional disorders, and psychiatric disorders; prevention of bone loss caused by primary or secondary estrogen deficiency.
2. Combined estrogen tablets for the treatment of moderate to severe vasodilatory symptoms associated with menopause.
Estrogenic drugs such as estradiol valerate and combined estrogen tablets require strict control of contraindications and precautions in clinical use, and it is recommended to consult hospitals and use the drug under the guidance of a doctor to avoid serious adverse consequences.
