The recommended dosage of Anrotinib Hydrochloride is based on oral administration, once a day, 12mg each time, and the specific dosage should follow the doctor’s instructions. Anrotinib Hydrochloride Capsules belongs to antitumor drugs, which are used for patients with advanced non-small cell type lung cancer or metastasis. It can also be used for the treatment of patients with small cell lung cancer that has progressed or recurred after previous treatment with at least 2 chemotherapy regimens. As well as for the treatment of patients with adenovascular soft tissue sarcoma, clear cell sarcoma, and other advanced soft tissue sarcomas that have progressed or recurred after prior treatment with at least one anthracycline-containing chemotherapy regimen. The recommended dosage of amlotinib hydrochloride is 12 mg once daily by mouth before breakfast. Take the drug for 2 consecutive weeks and discontinue for 1 week, i.e., 3 weeks (21 days) as a course of treatment. Until disease progression or intolerable adverse effects occur. If a dose is missed during the course of the medication and it is confirmed that the time to the next dose is shorter than 12 hours, there will be no replacement dose. However, the drug should be adjusted to allow the patient to tolerate the treatment based on adverse reactions; therefore, the exact dosage should be determined by the physician on a patient-by-patient basis, and the patient should take the drug as prescribed by the physician.
