Liver hypoechoicity with clear border and regular pattern is considered to be the possibility of benign liver diseases such as liver cysts, fatty liver and hemangioma. 1. Liver cysts: Liver cysts may appear as hypoechoic with clear boundary and regular pattern during abdominal ultrasound examination, which can be left untreated for the time being, and the abdominal ultrasound can be reviewed regularly. If the liver is enlarged and painful due to the increase of cysts, then the cysts need to be removed surgically. 2. Fatty liver: caused by excessive accumulation of fat in the liver, which is generally manifested on imaging as described above. It is recommended to take reasonable diet, control body weight and exercise to burn up fat. 3. Hepatic hemangioma: the above imaging manifestations can also be seen, but it can be shown as peripheral vascular shadows on enhanced CT, for which it is necessary to consult the hospital to see if further treatment is needed. Generally, benign diseases are considered to be the most likely, but malignant diseases cannot be completely excluded. The diagnosis should be clarified in the hospital by enhancing the CT, and then treatment should be carried out.
