Nosebleeds at night may be caused by overly dry weather, nose picking, or rupture of small angiomas in the nasal cavity. 1. Nasal cavity small hemangioma rupture: children with small hemangiomas in the nasal cavity, it is easy to rupture and cause bleeding.
