Vitamin D₃ can be used for the prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiency, such as rickets.
Adverse reactions: If overdosed for a long period of time, there is a possibility of toxicity, early joint pain, itchy skin, swollen joints, fever, headache, vomiting, constipation and so on.
Contraindications: Vitamin D increase, hypercalcemia, hyperphosphatemia, and renal rickets patients are prohibited.
