Unconscious outflow of stool may be trauma, anal nerve abnormality, anal canal and intestinal diseases. 1. Trauma: anal trauma causes anal sphincter contraction dysfunction, resulting in anal sphincter relaxation, leading to uncontrolled feces and gas, stool involuntary outflow. 2. Anal nerve abnormality: when the nerves innervating the anal sphincter have conduction block and sensory abnormality, the stool will flow out uncontrollably. 3. Anal canal and intestinal diseases: such as acute enteritis attack will appear more frequent defecation, uncontrolled outflow of stool and other symptoms; senile internal and external anal sphincter muscle fiber relaxation will lead to the symptoms of involuntary outflow of stool; perirectal abscess caused by anal fistula will also be manifested in the fistula mouth of the secretion outflow.
