There is no such thing as coolness or heatiness of Baohe Pills. The nature of this medicine is calm and peaceful, and its main efficacy is to eliminate food stagnation and harmonize the stomach, treating the evidence of dietary stagnation.
Bao He Wan is a common Chinese patent medicine for eliminating food stagnation, which mainly consists of Liu Shen Qu, Pinellia, Poria, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Forsythia.
Because Baohe Wan is good at eliminating food stagnation (promoting food digestion) and harmonizing the stomach, it is widely used in clinics for various symptoms caused by dietary stagnation, such as abdominal distension, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, belching and swallowing of acid (burping that tastes foul, and acidic water in the mouth), nausea and vomiting, and so on.
Since dietary stagnation is a real condition, it is not recommended to take medicines of tonic nature while taking Bohol Pill. The side effects of the medicine are not clear, and the medicine should be used under medical supervision. Do not use the medicine privately as this may cause damage to the organism.
