Uterine prolapse refers to a prolapsed uterus. When a woman has a prolapsed uterus, radiofrequency is not very useful, and conservative and surgical therapies are usually used.
Radiofrequency should refer to radiofrequency ablation, which is a more commonly used minimally invasive treatment, for example, if a woman has uterine fibroids, radiofrequency ablation can be taken, but radiofrequency ablation does not have much effect on the treatment of uterine prolapse.
If a woman has uterine prolapse, the appropriate treatment is usually based on the degree of prolapse and age of the patient.
1. Conservative treatment: If the prolapse is mild, you can take pelvic floor muscle exercise and physical therapy to increase the tension of the pelvic floor muscle groups, such as doing more Kegel exercises. If the uterine prolapse is more serious but the patient is not suitable for surgery, uterine support can also be placed first.
2. Surgery: If the uterine prolapse is more serious and affects the daily work or life, surgery should be considered. Generally, individualized surgery is adopted, such as vaginal closure, Mann’s surgery, transvaginal mesh implantation, etc. If there is no reproductive requirement, surgery can also be performed. Total hysterectomy can also be performed if there are no fertility requirements.
Women with uterine prolapse are advised to seek prompt medical attention and active treatment under the guidance of a doctor to avoid delaying the condition.
