What to look for in a stomach ulcer diet

Gastric ulcer diet attention should be based on a light diet, quit smoking and alcohol, avoid eating stimulating food, choose easy to digest, rich in enough calories, protein and a variety of vitamins of food, such as millet porridge, fish soup, soybean products, lean meat, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables and so on.
The following foods should be eaten sparingly:
