How to Exercise for Wheelchair Users

Wheelchair users can exercise through seated aerobic training, seated core strength training and wheelchair yoga.
1. Seated aerobic training: you can improve your cardiorespiratory fitness, improve the flexibility of your upper limbs and trunk, and increase the strength of your upper limbs by doing upper limb aerobics, lifting dumbbells, lifting and catching balls and sandbags in your wheelchair.
