How soon can the left radial tuberosity cortical cleft be flexed and extended?

Cortical fractures of the left radial tuberosity are usually immobilized in a cast, and flexion and extension exercises are feasible after removal of the cast after one month.
Cortical fracture of the left radial tuberosity usually has good fracture alignment. The fracture can be immobilized in a cast first, and the cast can be removed after one month when it is clear on radiographs that the fracture has formed a bone scab.
One month after the cast is removed, the elbow joint should be fully extended and fully flexed. The mobility of the joint can be increased by about 10 degrees per day, and the normal level can be reached in about one month. If the elbow joint function does not reach the normal level 3 months after the fracture, surgical release is required at a later stage to achieve full extension.
It is recommended that the patient actively treat and carry out rehabilitation exercises under the guidance of the physician to avoid worsening of adhesion contracture of the ligaments and joint capsule around the elbow joint in the later stage, which will affect the function of the elbow joint.
