Can you have elevated platelets in reocclusion?

There is usually no platelet elevation in remyelination.
Re-obstruction is aplastic anemia, is a bone marrow hematopoietic dysfunction disease, its etiology and pathogenesis is still unclear, manifested as a reduction of red blood cells, white blood cells and megakaryocytes, and platelets are small pieces of cytoplasmic lysis of the bone marrow mature megakaryocytes shed cytoplasmic cleavage, so in the re-obstruction, platelet index should be reduced, will not be elevated.
Criteria for remyelination include a decrease in whole blood cells; general absence of hepatosplenomegaly; hypoproliferative or severely hypoplastic bone marrow in multiple sites, a decrease in hematopoietic cells, an increase in the proportion of nonhematopoietic cells, and marrow granulocyte emptying; and may exclude other disorders that cause a decrease in whole blood cells.
There are strict criteria for the diagnosis of reocclusion, and it is recommended to consult a doctor in time, after the diagnosis is clarified, to carry out standardized treatment under the guidance of the doctor, and pay attention to regular review, and adjust the treatment plan as appropriate.
