What to do if your arm is swollen and itchy from bug bites

Swollen and itchy arms from bug bites are usually referred to as insect bite dermatitis, with pinpoint bite marks visible on the lesions and conscious itching. Treatment mainly includes topical medication, oral medication and daily care.
1. Topical drugs: insect bites can be coated with astringent antipruritic drugs such as glycerite lotion or boric acid lotion treatment. Glucocorticoid drugs such as hydrocortisone butyrate cream or mometasone furoate cream can also be used if the skin is not broken.
