Itchy cheeks can be caused by physiological reasons, folliculitis, eczema and so on.
1. Physiological reasons: If the skin is stimulated by dust, pollen and other substances or when the skin is dehydrated, it may lead to itchy cheeks, which is a normal physiological phenomenon.
